Across 410 hectares of Portuguese countryside, 75 minutes east of Lisbon, neos.life is shaping one of Europe’s most ambitious visions for regenerative community living. Inphinity Design was invited to translate that vision into a conceptual master plan, showing how an entire landscape could hold a community, its gathering places, and the rhythms of a shared yet self-directed life.
The plan organises the land into two connected worlds. To the north sits Neos Center, a constellation of spaces for wellness, celebration, and learning. To the south, Neos Village, a community of homes nestled within nature that is being regenerated across the site. Between them lies a lake, a quiet centre of gravity that ties the two together and invites slow movement between a life that is one’s own and a life that is shared. The intent throughout is a sense of belonging that holds people, the land, and the wider community in balance.
Our team developed the 2D master plan alongside conceptual ideation imagery for the village’s homes and the centre’s facilities, giving the founders a way to share the vision and inviting others to picture themselves within it. These designs are conceptual rather than final. They are intended to evoke the feeling of the place, and they will continue to evolve as the project grows. What they offer is an early glimpse, a way to help a community see itself before the first foundations are laid.
More than a plan, this is an invitation to imagine a way of living that is connected, intentional, and rooted in the land. Each image is a doorway into a place still taking shape, designed to support the founders as they gather the people who will bring it to life.

Jodie and Can have been a dream to work with. They hold essential codes to birth the architectural new earth in its divine expression. We couldn’t create neos·life in the same way without them! And not only are they incredibly organised, communicative, and talented, but great fun to work with too! We love you guys!
Whether you are envisioning a wellness retreat, regenerative resort, healing sanctuary, or future defining destination, this is an opportunity to create far more than a building.
Together, we can shape a space that restores connection, elevates wellbeing, and leaves a lasting legacy for generations to come.
If you feel called to create a project that nourishes the human spirit and redefines what built environments can be, we would love to hear your vision.
