Casa Timis, a 5-star luxury wellness & spa resort nestled in Romania’s scenic vineyards, is undergoing expansive development. Inphinity Design has been hired to expand the Spa facilities and add new guest suites. The project includes market trend analysis, site and land assessment, layout planning, and conceptual design.
The underground area spans over 1,500 sqm, featuring a hydrotherapy pool (140 sqm), mineral pool room (28 sqm), salt room (40 sqm), VIP spa room (45 sqm), spacious changing rooms, locker areas, and extensive service and technical zones.
Key wellness facilities include a relaxation room (80 sqm), enhanced with oxygen and nature views, and a Finnish hot sauna (35 sqm) with aromatherapy and natural vistas.
The outdoor area covers an additional 2,000 sqm, encompassing a multi-level outdoor pool complex with up to 60 sunbeds, a connected jacuzzi for 8-10 guests, a children’s area with water features, and a poolside bar with seating for both pool and restaurant guests. The layout integrates fire spaces, beach areas with cocoon hammocks, and water elements like rocks and bridges to enhance the guest experience.
The expansion includes new bungalows and an 800-1,000 sqm hotel, featuring 20 rooms designed with organic, curved facades and green terraces. This integrated design creates a serene, immersive retreat, blending luxury and nature seamlessly, positioning Casa Timis as a premier wellness spa resort destination in Romania and beyond.
