Amara is nestled near Tomar and Castelo do Bode Lake in central Portugal. More than a development, it is a regenerative ecosystem for living, where wellbeing, community, creativity, movement, and nature exist in harmony.
Designed as a walkable village with quiet electric mobility, Amara weaves 193 residences and shared spaces through plazas, nature corridors, and experiential environments that support a grounded, earth-connected way of life.
Inphinity Design is shaping next level of the masterplan and the residential heart of Amara, designing the 40sqm, 90sqm, 200sqm modular villas and apartment typologies that will set the tone, feel, and essence of the village.
The villas are designed for sloping terrain with views stretching toward the lake. Every detail shaped to blur the boundary between home and earth.
The apartments are arranged in two-storey blocks across two locations within the village. Upper residences open to sweeping lake views while ground-floor homes are immersed deep in surrounding greenery. Open kitchen and living layouts flow onto generous balconies and terraces. These are not conventional apartments but nature-integrated homes, designed to feel as though the landscape simply continues through them.
Across the typologies, the design language is calm, serene, and grounded. A palette of sandy tones, whites, and light terracotta accents creates warmth without weight. The feeling is light and modern, yet balanced with raw, natural imperfection. Interior and exterior merge through open, fluid layouts where garden, home, and wider landscape become one continuous experience.
