Project scope and questionnaire
Establishing the core values, purpose, goals, intentions, site definition, themes, features and budget. Includes brainstorming sessions to find clarity.
Market data and legal framework
SWOT, PEST (political, economic, socio-cultural and technological factors), local and regional regulations, community benefits and competitor analysis – identify opportunities and obtain critical data for investment.
Defining the client profile
Includes an analysis of their goals, desires and struggles. Market research tools will then be implemented to understand more deeply the client’s needs and establish a human centered design approach that builds trust.
