Edgar measures and maps the current and desired values within a team culture to improve internal cohesion, alignment, and communication. He is an expert in Culture Assessments by Barrett Values Centre UK which is a fundamental tool to discover, implement and manage company values to stimulate long term prosperity in our economy, society, and the planet we live in.
He believes that great achievements and trust is rooted in great relationships, which is why “Non-Violent Communication” is at the forefront of his toolkit to support others to move towards a more loving and peaceful society.
To give and receive trust is a core principle in his life. It is a learnable skill and crucial for any co-creation. Edgar is forever deepening and sharing his knowledge about trust and regularly participates in the “Speed of Trust” webinars by Franklin Covey.
His greatest achievement to date is being the co-founder of a reforestation and conservation project in Madagascar, with the goal to plant 4 million mixed native trees in 4 years and during the first year already planted 1 million. This project is financed by Ecosia, a search engine based in Germany, which donates 80% of profits to non-profit organizations that are focusing on reforestation.
